On 14th morning of October Chairman Pakistan Disabled Foundation Mr. Shahid Memon upon the invitation of Department of Special Education University of Karachi, express his views by addressing the staff and students of the department about the importance of the day. He precisely described the main objectives that are motivation and public education about the requirement, problem and achievements of the blind community together with the responsibilities and role of societal sector including media and authorities.
