Alhamdulillah as per vision and policy of Pakistan Disabled Foundation A two days Three fold program to observe silver jubilee conclusion, international day of Disabled persons and Disabled Youth Seminar was organized on 2^nd and 3^rd December 2023 especially in the Premises of Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, Karachi to follow-up inclusion based program towards the better understanding on natural ground amongst the high profile educational society about the disabled community. Participants from different parts of the country graced the occasion by their physical presence and valuable expression Janab Syed Sarfaraz Ali Registrar Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology Karachi on Behalf of Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin vice chancellor of Sir Syed University grace the inaugural ceremony as the Chief Guest while Dr. Shahida Sajjad Vice Chancellor Metropolitan University of Malir Presided over the Ceremony both of them expressed their commendable views on the occasion.

Amongst others Honorable Mr. Zaigam Rizwi, Mr. Shehzad on Gulf News,Dr. Humera Iqbal of Karachi University, Dr. Badar Sami, Dr. Saira Saleem, Ms. Erum  School of Law, University of Karachi), Dr. Saima Masoom Ali  Department Of Psychology, University Of  Karachi , Dr.  Nausheen Shehzad, Mr. Rafi Memon, Prof. Shahla Yousuf, Mr. Adeeb Determine Pakistan Dr.  Shaheen Akhter , Madam Tayyaba Mateen, Dr. Sohaib CPR, Mr. Abdul Wahab Khan from Standard Chartered Bank, Mr. Salman Elahi from Binae, Mr. Muhammad, Shakeel  from PDF and Prof. Najeeb Ullah from Karachi University shared their experienced and though provoke expressions to make the a reality based event promoting the vision of Pakistan Disabled Foundation to developed the disabled community on scientific lines by protecting socio economic status and all the admissive rights, privileges and facilities extended by virtue of qualitative and competitive role of disabled community.   

The number of Youth and otherwise disabled were awarded technical aids like laptop computer, Computer and of course high cost Perkin Brailler to Janab Abdul Manan for his life time achievements. The concluding tea was served by vice Chancellor of Sir Syed University.
