Pakistan Disabled Foundation (PDF) was founded in 1993 in Karachi with the aim to empower persons with disabilities through education, training, advocacy, and social inclusion. Guided by its slogans “God Helps Those Who Help Themselves” and “Collective Voice of Disabled Persons”, PDF strives to secure rights, promote independence, and foster equal opportunities for the disabled across Pakistan.
