Chairman’s Message
Transforming challenges into opportunities for disabled persons

ALHAMDULILLAH, we believe that differently abled persons should equally participate in societal responsibilities and nation-building, playing an active and effective role in community development.
We also believe that the rights and privileges may not be demanded but commanded on the basis of first deserve then desire. To achieve this philosophy, it is the primary responsibility of the differently enabled themselves to get their community fully acquainted with training, education and socialization to plead for and protect their rights, privileges, facilities and securities with full command and confidence.PDF recognizes the need for scientifically-designed public education and motivation programs.
