ALHAMDULILLAH to grace the occasion of white cane international safety day. A comprehensive national program, participated by disabled representatives of 29 districts from Karachi to Kashmir, was organized by Pakistan Disabled Foundation on 15th October 2021 at civic center Karachi.
The representative of IG Sindh the DIG Sindh Mr. Imran graced the inaugural ceremony as the chief Guest while deputy governor of rotary club Madam Lubna Panjwani on behalf of Dr. Aftab Imam the governor of rotary club graced the concluding ceremony as the Chief Guest.
A part from other eminent guest and educationalist the representatives from different parts of the country expressed their views regarding problems, requirements and achievements by the disabled community so far. Approximately 1000 white canes 350 blankets 18 tricycles/ wheelchair and other equipment’s were given to the participating representatives of the different organization from all over the country.
