A delegation of Pakistan Disabled Foundation (PDF) comprising of Vice Chairperson Madam Shakila Yasmin, Prof. Shehla Yousuf headed by Chairman Shahid Ahmed Memon along with his guide visited Muhammad Bin Qasim Welfare Center Multan on 1st September 2020 to pay a condolence visit regarding the sad death of Mr. Qaim Khan Kermani hard working leader and founder of Muhammad Bin Qasim Welfare Complex for the Blind .The visit was followed by another condolence meeting of a young blind volunteer Mr. Naveed, the visit was further followed by a social gathering of follow colleagues in Multan.
In the evening of the 1st September 2020 delegations arrived in Islamabad. On second morning of September the delegations met with the concerned authority in Economic Affairs Division which was followed by a meeting with the FBR authorities including Member Policy.
In the afternoon the delegation met with the Federal Secretary of Information Technology Mr. Shoaib Siddiqui in his office which was followed by a dinner hosted by Dr. Akber Garddezi. On 3rd September 2020 the delegations had a meeting with the office bearer of National Press Club Islamabad including President Mr. Shakeel Ahmed.
In afternoon delegation as the organizer of the National Seminar under PDF arrived at Islamabad Hotel to supervise the Seminar. In the same evening delegation left for Mirpur Azad Kashmir upon the invitation of Prof. Ilyas Ayob President Azad Kashmir Association of the Blind.
Next morning delegation had a visit to town and Mangla Dam site. In the afternoon delegation officially participated in the First Jummah Prayer Ceremony in the newly constructed Masjid at AKAB School which was followed by a delicious lunch hosted by the Administration of AKAB to grace the Inaugural Ceremony of the Masjid. In the evening delegation left for Karachi.
